Order & Shipping Times

We’re so excited for you to receive your Dawdle Box. Here’s everything you need to know about our process:

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Darra, Queensland. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.

We ship with Australia Post – Standard shipping times are 3-8 business days.

·      Small Standard Shipping $10.00

·      Medium Standard Shipping $15.00

·      Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $140.00 – we love getting creative with others.

We also offer Express Shipping 1-3 business days starting at $18.50, the exact price is shown at checkout.  

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the status of your shipment with Australia Post.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, once your package has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us for assistance.

Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your boxes arrive safely. If a signature is required, Australia Post will notify you, if you are unavailable, they will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.
