Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use dawdlebox.com.au or buy from Dawdle Box 29 648 719 662 by placing an order, you agree to them.

 

·         Prices; all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed your order.

·         Products; we show our kits as accurately as we can. Because pieces are cut from natural timber and hand-packed, colours and grain may vary slightly from the photos.

·         Safety; our kits contain small parts, acrylic paints and craft tools. They are designed for adults and teenagers aged 12+ and are not suitable for young children.

·         Orders; we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund you in full.

·         Intellectual property; our designs, photos and text belong to Dawdle Box and must not be copied without permission.

·         Refunds and shipping; see our Refund policy and Shipping policy.

·         Your rights; nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
